#HEADLINES

= The Federal Government has said it is reviewing the legal agreement of the private concession of the Lagos International Trade Fair complex.
 
 
= President Goodluck Jonathan will meet the leadership of the Academic Staff Union of Universities today, with a view to resolve the Federal Government-ASUU face-off that has left varsity gates shut since July 1st.
 
 
= The Speaker of the Taraba State House of Assembly, Mr. Haruna Tsokwa, is dead. The speaker, a known loyalist of Taraba acting Governor, Umar  Garba, is engaged in a legal tussle with the ailing Governor Danbaba Suntai, over his refusal to accept a letter transmitted by the governor signifying his intention to resume duties after a 10-month absence on medical treatment abroad.
 
 
= In other news, the management of Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) yesterday said there would be rationing of power supply for six days beginning from today November 4th, till Saturday November 9th, due to reduction of power generation output by 400 megawatts.
 
 
= A meeting of the G7 governors in the Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP in the Kano State Governor’s Lodge in Asokoro area of Abuja was, yesterday, disrupted after men of the Nigeria Police stormed the venue of the meeting.  
 
 
= Egypt's ousted former President Mohammed Morsi  has arrived in court in Cairo where he is due to go on trial.
 
 
= US Secretary of State John Kerry  has landed in Saudi Arabia, the second stop on his tour of the Middle East.
 
 
= A Pakistani court has granted bail to former military ruler Pervez Musharraf over the 2007 army operation to oust militants from Islamabad's Red Mosque. 
 
 
= Golden Eaglets coach Manu Garba has said he hopes to go past group rivals Sweden in Tuesday’s U-17 World Cup semi-final.
 
 
= Dynamo Kiev midfielder Lukman Haruna has expressed his disappointment at not being invited by Nigeria for a World Cup playoff against Ethiopia.   
 
= American rapper Eminem was crowned Artist of the Year at the YouTube awards. The 41-year-old rapper walked away with the award at the ceremony held in New York City last night while Taylor Swift's 'I Knew You Were Trouble'  won the YouTube Phenomenon award.
