IS IT MONEY OR FAME?

 

I wonder about a lot of things in life, would the crisis in Syria be over anytime soon? Would there ever be an end of Boko Haram Insurgency? Would I be President one day? But the one that gets me tongue-tied every single time is why on God's beautiful earth people feel the need to put their personal business out there??? Last night, I was watching this show called Trisha where they had a woman who came on the show saying her ex-boyfriend had been stalking and threatening her for years saying her baby was his. First thing that came to my head was why didn't she call the cops? It is a crime right? Well,she didn't do that but instead decided that after years of torture from her ex, the best thing would be to come on a television show and end it once and for all. How about the "Jerry Springer Show", people actually dress up to that show to beat each other up after putting their dirty laundry out there and a lot of times it is actually more of ridiculous than dirty....Some people find it entertaining but I have never understood why people feel the need to come on such shows or why such shows even exist in the first place....
