Is it just me or does the music out now topping charts and getting mad buzz and even awards sound like music that could be from the 70's and 80's?It seems like a lot of musicians are channeling that path.Take for instance 'Fine China' by Chris Brown.I remember the first time i heard that song and what came to mind was Micheal Jackson.Remember the 'Off The Wall' album that was released 0n August 10,1979.Bruno Mars seems to be doing the same with his new album 'Unorthodox Jukebox', with smashing hit singles like 'Locked Out Of Heaven','When I Was Your Man' and of course my personal favorite 'Treasures'. Have you seen the videos as well?AMAZING! 'Get Lucky'- Daft punk ft pharrell ,'Blurrred lines' by Robin Thicke 'One Million Views" by Goldfish are some of the songs that are channeling music from back then and it is good music,hopefully Nigerian artistes would hop on this train as well. (not crossing my fingers though)
