A Rivers State High court presided over by Justice Charles Wali has ordered the release on bail of Chidi Lloyd,the majority leader of the Rivers State House Of Assembly.He also ordered that Chidi Lloyd should not be re-arrested by the police. This court order followed a submission by a team of lawyers asking for the enforcement of his fundamental human rights,they also said he had been detained way beyond the required period by the police. However, the matter was adjourned till August 12,2013 for hearing on the suit... could this work out well for him? #wewaitandwatch
